Our global outlook enriches school life and expands students’ horizons beyond Newcastle. Unique leadership opportunities, including our USA Leadership Study Tour, allow young people to engage with broader cultures, develop leadership skills and build understanding of global issues through a Christian lens.

Christ-Centred Leadership Development
Students grow as leaders by learning how faith shapes character, decision-making, and service. Through intentional teaching and reflection, students explore what it means to lead with integrity, humility, and purpose in a global context.
Global Leadership Network
Summit Experience
Students attend the Global Leadership Network Summit in Chicago, gaining exposure to internationally recognised Christian leaders. These sessions challenge students to think critically, communicate effectively, and apply leadership principles to real-world situations.
Experiencing Christian
Higher Education
A visit to Liberty University in Virginia gives students first-hand insight into American college life within a Christian learning environment. This experience helps students consider future pathways while understanding how faith and learning can work together beyond school.
Shared Journey, Lasting Impact
The USA Leadership Study Tour builds resilience, teamwork, and responsibility through shared travel, fundraising, and reflection. Students return with strengthened friendships, greater confidence, and a clearer sense of how they can influence the world with faith and purpose.
