Enrolment

(NOTE: We are available during school holiday periods to respond to enquiries & book in your school tour)

Enrolling is Easy - We understand how busy life can be, so our enrolment process while thorough, is simple and tailored to suit your needs.

An individual plan to progress the enrolment process will be discussed with you. The School may require some additional meetings or reports during this time. Please read below to understand the process outline.

1. VISIT US.

We invite you to visit us, experience our facilities and meet some of our staff and school community.

Please allow about one hour for your school tour. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Experience first-hand the unique culture of our school community
  • Look around our facilities
  • Meet our teachers and students
  • View lessons in progress
  • Ask any questions you may have

You can book a tour for a time that suits your family, or enquire about attending a group experience tour.

Some families prefer to initially come without the children involved, and to repeat the tour in a simpler fashion with children along at a later time.

We always recommend that the children have the opportunity to visit the school prior to commencement.

2. ENROLMENT FORMS & INFORMATION

Once you have toured the school, the next steps of the process will be reviewed with you.

The enrolment information emails that are sent on initial enquiry includes information about the school and application forms to complete.

The Online Enrolment Application form is included in the emailed info. This can be started and/or submitted at any point during your enrolment process. However school and any other relevant reports, must be submitted prior to an interview.

Getting Started: Request Initial Enrolment Information

3. MEET WITH OUR TEAM

Once we receive your enrolment application forms, they will be processed and any queries discussed with you.

To enrol your child at our school, we assess as much as we can about them to facilitate the best plan for their transition. We will require any current school or daycare reports as well as relevant health/allied health reports, prior to initial interview with Executive staff.

Following receipt of reports and/or Application form, an interview will be arranged with an Executive staff member and/or the Principal.

As each child is a unique individual, so is the enrolment process, which is tailored for each family enrolling. This is the time for you and your child to discuss your specific needs with us.

At times, we require or you may request, further meetings with various specialty staff, who will meet with you and/or with your child during the enrolment process.

4. LETTER OF ENROLMENT OFFER

You will be kept informed of the progress of your enrolment and at any time, you are invited to make contact yourself, with any further queries you may have.

During this time you may request that your child attend a Student Experience Day. This is a helpful way for many children to experience the school and meet with others who would be in their class. Please discuss this if you would like to consider this.

When the School has agreed on the enrolment progressing, you will receive a formal Letter of Offer and an Acceptance Form, by email.

When you have decided to commit to the enrolment position, you need to return the Acceptance form to finalise the enrolment.

If you have any questions or would like help with the enrolment process, do not hesitate to contact Heather Malone, our Enrolment Manager, initially, via the enquiry form and we'll get back to you Click Here.

Alternate contact methods are via email [email protected] or by phone on 02-4967 2111.
