Application Process
Step One:
Complete an Application
The first step is to complete an online application here (which takes about 20 minutes to complete)
*We will require latest school reports, any medical or allied health information, birth certificate, passport or relavent visa information to be submitted with your application. We can not progress your application further without these documents.
Step Two:
Enrolment Team Reviews
Once your application is complete, our enrolment committee will review the application and reach out with any more information we may require or to discuss next steps.
Stage Three:
Principal Enrolment Interview
Once our team has all required information we need, we send you a link to book in a date for an enrolment interview with our Executive Principal which you can be completed virtually or in-person at our School. The interview typically takes around 20 minutes.
Step Four:
Sign the Letter of Offer
After the enrolment interview, you will receive an email from the enrolments team notifying you on the outcome of the interview. If you are successful you will receive an email from the enrolments with a letter of offer. This is a formal agreement between you and the school about the ethos of the school, and the financial responsibilities associated with your child’s enrolment. Once you sign the letter electronically your child’s place in the school is confirmed. Your place is not confirmed until this letter is signed.
Step Five:
Welcome to HCS
Once the letter of offer is signed, you will receive an email with an online information pack and information about the school and helpful information to get you ready for your first day.
