Expressions of Interest – Bus Driver / Groundsman


Hunter Christian School is looking for a licensed Bus Driver who can help us service our regular school operated morning and afternoon bus runs. While primarily a Bus Driving position , there may be scope to incorporate part-time groundskeeping and general maintenance responsibilities for the right applicant.

If the following sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you:

  • A committed Christian, actively involved in your local church
  • Holding as a minimum a Light Rigid license (Medium Rigid preferred)
  • Experienced with basic vehicle detailing and maintenance
  • Experience in general groundskeeping, general maintenance and / or a trade qualification

The loading status for this position will depend on the suitability of the applicant. Options that could be considered are:

  • Morning and afternoon bus runs only – Thursday and Friday split shift
  • Morning and afternoon bus runs only – Monday to Friday split shift
  • Morning and afternoon bus runs + a full day of grounds / maintenance – Thursdays and Fridays

Enterprise Agreement wages and conditions apply. Employment screening for working with children is mandatory.
